The Institute for Hygiene of the Graz Faculty for Medicine has conducted a study to confirm the effect of the ThermiCare Sanitizer and ThermiCare Refresher. The thesis to be confirmed was that "the population of the boots by micro-organisms and the propagation of existing micro-organisms is prevented or reduced by the use of ThermiCare Sanitizer and ThermiCare Refresher".

The ThermiCare Sanitizer and ThermiCare Refresher drying function and the effect on micro-organisms under laboratory conditions were analysed by means of reference strains.
